A bittersweet goodbye

Salut mes amis.
On this week's agenda, we're going to be talking about our last day of school.

Over the past years, your authors have been undergoing immense schooling. However, today is our last day of formal classes for this year. After the day concludes, we will no longer be undertaken classes but instead be overwhelmed with exam revision.

'How lucky am I to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard' - Winnie the Pooh

This year, we have been so privileged to have been given classes full of students and teachers who are genuine and kind. From our most difficult subjects to our easiest, our teachers have looked out for us ensuring we are well looked after and able to thrive in upcoming years.

To commemorate the conclusion of classes, we made and decorated a cake with the help of Jess from Jessica's Jocoserious Musings. Did the cake take us over an hour to make? Yes. But was it worth it? Absolutely!

Thank you to the fine educators and students who assisted in making this year amazing.

Do you know what else today the last day of, VOTING! GO VOTE.

Voting is so important and so many people to be able to use their voice for good. Don't just vote someone because they're your 'friend', because friendships may not last throughout the next year, especially if you've sacrificed the fun activities that won't be organised for your FINAL year of schooling.

'Hold on to the memories, they will hold onto you' - Taylor Swift

Ends only call for new beginnings. This new beginning will be full of fun and festivity. We are so excited to finish our exams, get our year 12 jackets and enjoy christmas. So here's to new beginnings.

Bisous bisous
